It's been almost a month since Shapkoff movers damaged my home when they delivered my household goods and it has yet to be fixed. I've called repeatedly and feel like I shouldn't have to continuously follow up to have my home fixed because of their wrongdoing. Last time I called, the man who answered was extremely rude and unapologetic and told me to "go ahead and file a complaint." I'm deploying very soon and don't want to leave knowing my house is damaged. I'm tired of the military hiring substandard movers just to save a buck at the service member's expense. Don't worry, I will "go ahead a file a complaint."

The worst place ever!! Will never recommend this place to anyone!! The way they treat the employees and customers is ridiculous!! No wonder everyone quits and no one uses their services!! Bad experience ever!!
